Dragonfruit Electrolytes

This is so good!! I love drinking one scoop when I feel a little heat depleted in the middle of the day. The flavor is nice and mild for 1 scoop in 16 oz of water. So if you like strong, put less water for a scoop. I love that the ingredients are natural.

I have absolutely been loving Hawaiian hydration as part of my daily routine over the past few months. I work full time running a gardening business which has me outside & sweating often, which means electrolyte replenishment is a must for me. This is the first powder I have found that doesn’t just taste like slightly flavored sea water. I have tried both flavors and personally LOVE the dragonfruit, however they are both good.
