An Exelllent Bassoon Reed
I put off buying this for a long time because of the price. I have spent much more on cane reeds that were barely acceptable. This reed is awesome! The Old Grumbly Bear went very well on this reed. Thanks!

Great reed
I never knew a non - cane reed could be so good. I won’t stop making traditional reeds, but it’s comforting to know that I’ve got a back-up if I’m having a ‘bad reed day.’

Played an entire concer
This is my 2nd reed. I had a medium before and this one is medium hard. The sound is nice, still not the cane reed sound but for a pops music concert where I'm playing a lot of bass riffs, it's great for hitting low notes with ease.
