Drain valve needs work

The drain valve should be tightened at the factory. Valve was slightly loose and I had water all over the floor. It still leaked after hand tightening. I had to us a a pliers to get it leek proof tight Other than that, it is of great quality.

I love the color well made held ice for almost 3 days I would have gave it five stars too little things the lid does not stay open you have to prop it up with something when loading it and the drain plug had a very slow leak I flipped the gasket around and it seemed to fix it make sure it's very tight because when it's full of water if it's in your car I will drip the straps are a little hard to close but we'll stretch in time American made in Minnesota I used with ice pack and reusable ice the large ice cubes by zero ice the second time and maintain 40° for about 2 days no messy water so that's the second option you could do the handles are nice to grab on the side no slide feet so it doesn't move around in my SUV drain plug and the did not staying open would have been a five star I just used a Milwaukee bottle opener propped it open while loading not a big thing it's part of the design floating lid with straps in the back and the front probably why it wouldn't stay open.
