Good product, ok Customer Service

So far, I like the product. I did send an email through their website with a couple of questions and never got a response. Also, after making the purchase and having it delivered, I noticed on their website that they had a card with information on how to use it for other purposes (ratios). I was very disappointed that they actually charge a few dollars for this card, plus having to get it mailed. I think this card should have been included with the unit, even if it raised the price by $3. Alternatively, they could just offer it as a free download. Small details that make a big difference.
