Happy with the quality

Never had cameras before so it was a lot to take in, Jeff called me and was incredibly informative thank you for that. The whole nvr system seems great and camera quality is impressive. I'm mad I ordered the wrong cameras IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 instead of the pros with speaker, if you guys could help new customers buy making the order us, could help avoid ordering wrong products, also one of the ports on poe switch is for fiber optics? So my 8 port can only support 7 cameras not sure if there's a way around that . Hope my feed back helps overall happy with my set up Thanks

Have been ordering from EmpireTech for years, and yet to have a bad experience. Between the prompt replies, the assistance with availability, answering any questions I might have and extremely prompt delivery, I cannot suggest them enough.

Good image quality, relatively easy to install

I ordered and installed one of these and liked it enough to order a second. Both cameras work fine, but that second package looked like it had been repackaged and taped up multiple times with different kinds of tape and was a bit beat up. Not sure who does the order fulfilment, but that second camera came in a pretty messed up package. Working fine though.
