New Wash Method for Oily Hair

Confusing and expensive…

I was excited to try your products because of your commitment to sustainability, but my experience as a new customer has been more frustrating than I expected. After only three orders, I’ve received four reusable bottles and three scalp massaging brushes. While I appreciate the free items, it feels at odds with the goal of reducing waste. Giving returning customers the option to opt in or out of complimentary accessories would better support your sustainability mission. The transition to detergent-free shampoo has also been expensive and confusing. I’ve spent well over $200 across three orders, and my hair is only now beginning to adjust. A more affordable 8-week transition kit—including enough product for the full adjustment period, a full-size (8 oz.) pre-wash, and a simple guide with realistic expectations, usage tips, and troubleshooting—would make the process much more approachable for new customers. Finally, I don’t think the 30-day trial reflects the reality of the transition. If it often takes closer to 60 days for hair to adjust, it’s difficult to fairly evaluate the products within the return window, especially when customers are also responsible for return shipping. I believe in what your company is trying to accomplish, and I hope you’ll consider making the transition more affordable, more straightforward, and more customer-friendly. I think those changes would help more people stick with the process and become loyal customers.

I am loving the gentle clean I’m getting on my wavy hair. I made the choice to embrace my natural texture and this cleansing system is helping me by not making my hair super frizzy on wash day. I find i need less products to achieve definition now! I am very happy!

I was really hoping...

I was really hoping to like this product, but it was not for me. My hair was so greasy that there was no way I would leave the house with it looking that way. I am a runner so maybe it doesn’t work well for people that get sweaty, greasy hair. I wasn’t willing to look that awful for 6 full weeks to see if it would improve
