The product as well as the customer service is great - packaging came a little rough, but the product itself was unharmed. I very much appreciate the video tutorial that's available via QR code and also think very kindly of the owner who politely managed some troubles with my order. The mount looks sleek and it is very much durable so far, on top of that I was also surprised of how malleable it was while applying it on a helmet.

Fits perfectly. The install directions were a great help, definitely need to follow them. Pre-molding the mount is critical on the Shoei NeoTec 2. Very happy with the product and my DJI Action 4 fits and rides beautifully.
