Great customer service!

I goofed up when attaching my Chin Mount and Matt and his team sent me some new 3M double-sided mounting tape so I could re-do the installation properly. They went the extra mile to make up for my 'operator error'. 5 Stars all the way.

Failed on first use. Followed instructions cleaned surface area with alcohol, let it dry, used tape on chin mount and let it set up for 72 hours, the recommendation was 48 hours before attaching any camera to the helmet chin mount. Took bike out for a ride and upon returning mount fell off along with camera when removing helmet. Adhesive did not hold up, will not be using again.
