Same adhesive that comes pre-installed on the chin mounts. Very easy to apply and cut to shape following the same instructions as mounting the tape to the helmet.

The extra 3m adhesive pads are a great back up. Have used one of them to attach an external mic to inside of helmet. Good quality 3m adhesive pads.
