Gave 4 stars as just started one day taking the nmn and tmg,.so here's hoping. Would of liked a little bit of written information on how to use it ,and what not to use it with or when to use it .I love the little hand blender it's perfect to make sure it's mixed well..give me another survey in 2 months time when ive had time to see if it's made any difference .

Great product and free with NMN powder, only been using it a short time but seems to be working, feel like I hsve more energy than using NMN alone.
