EasySMX® S10 Gaming Controller for Switch 2: Wake up, TMR Sticks, HD Rumble

So I love the controller but I am rating 3 stars for the lack of transparency, and communication with my order. It had taken my order several days to be processed and shipped and customer service kind of gave me a bit of a runaround. Secondly they say the controller does wake up on switch 2, but what they dont tell you is that the joy cons are required to use wake up. They mention it on the manual but nowhere with the purchase description. Great product just please work on the communication and transparency

It's a great controller, love the tactile sounds and the feel of the controller, way more budget friendly than the Switch 2 pro controller with the added features, i would argue it's better!

The controller is everything I asked for but it was almost a month before I got it. It got held up in customs for about a week and after that it was almost 2 weeks to get from New York to Maine. Other than the time delay it is a great product that will be apart of my daily gaming from pc and switch.
