Victrix™ Pro BFG™ Wireless Controller Refurbished

I’m frustrated with the lack of the basic instructions for use of the controller! It’s beautiful, and packed perfectly in its case, BUT for a total neophyte, how do I use it? What are the names of all the buttons & toggles? How I to use it? Do I just experiment until I learn? Isn’t there some basic “How to” manual or instructions?

buttons are sticking, controllerer keeps shutting off and rebooting stick doesn't always respond
