Everything was a melted mess inside the bags, the ice pack was melted and warm, the reflector sheet too. We put them in the fridge, which kinda solidified each back into a single clump. Not a total loss but might wanna spring for faster shipping and/or better insulation, it’d be worth the extra cost vs this. Would still order but not during summer.
