Merino Swim Bottoms

Comfortable!

My waist measures 30”, my hips measure 39” and I ordered a size medium. Perfect fit! The leg height allows for unrestricted movement while swimming and is comfortable while moving through my day. I love…the thickness of these bottoms! Even when hiking or just working outside in the heat, they feel so good! Although they are perfect for a swim in the lake or under a waterfall, in between those times, I’ve been wearing them as underwear! :) They’re so practical! They also washed up great in a mesh laundry bag in my regular wash and then l just hung them out to dry. Love these comfy bottoms!

Comfortable and Flattering

I LOVE these bottoms! I especially love the rich color and the sizing (M) is just right. I am 5'2", about 130 lbs., and have proportionally a rounder bottom and larger thighs, wearing a size 6-8. The bottoms are snug, but not tight, with the smallest amount of exposed cheek. The rise almost meets my belly button. I have a shorter torso. I have not yet tried in the water.

Good but seems thinner fabric than previous

I love simply Marino and I especially love the spring and summer colors over the darker winter and autumn shades so when I saw this lovely rose color I had to have it. I also needed to size up from my suit from last year. I sized up from a large to an extra large and it was a tad bit saggy when wet I think because I’m probably in between sizes. I don’t think that can be avoided because the wool is heavy when it’s wet. I did notice that the fabric does seem a little bit thinner than what they’ve used in the past, but I don’t know if that is just because it’s a different color sometimes I know manufacturers that can happen. I’ll still keep buying from them. I’ve actually only worn these bottoms once this summer so I need to get to the beach again!
