Feels quality in the hands, great power options as far as voltage options. However, unlike even the GEN1 10,000mAh carbon pack this pack now no longer has the option to manually switch the output to a LOW current version of a 5V USB. Also, at the other end of the spectrum, even with all of the different voltage output options, this pack still will ONLY charge newer phones at FAST CHARGE, it will NOT do SUPER FAST CHARGE. This is crazy considering that it is able to output 22.5 Watts. This was my biggest disappointment with this pack.

Bought for my wife for Christmas to charge her medical devises. Had another brand that was not working well anymore. Bought this from nitecore because of the headlamp I have works so well from them.
