The computer arrived in very neat packaging, it was very easy to open, plug in and it turns on after you flip the switch on the backside. Very quiet and very clean. The computer isnt even the most impressive part. I ordered my computer and a couple days later saw they offered a free monitor with it and eeached out to customer service to see if they could still send me one. My computer got here and i didnt see the monitor, so i reached out and got a reply within an hour with an update showing confirmation that the montior will be areiving in a few days. Tremendous build quality, and the best customer service you can find. Very thankful to have purchased from this company. If you buy, you wont be disappointed.
