It works well. It runs games much better than my old PC, and on high graphic settings. Unfortunately, I have had a serious issue with my (wired) mice disconnecting randomly while playing games, regardless of which port they are in. One of the headphone jacks doesn't work properly, hissing and popping. Despite having a leading GPU and 128 GB of RAM, browsers still occasionally run slow, and I've had a few issues with crashes.

The process went smoothly and the folk were very helpful when I had questions when setting up the device. The device runs quite well too.

The customer service aspect and willingness to stay in touch was by far the best part of the experience. I've tried going with other companies before and they can't compare.
