I always try to give small businesses my business. This customer service dept is horrible. I would give this company ZERO stars If I could. If you send them a email be prepared to wait for a response! That being said I ordered 8 plants and when they arrived they all died within 2 days. In brief I was told it was from the way I handled them. I sent them other pictures of my plants that are thriving & then these dead ones, giving me excuse after excuse how it was the way I handled them. The way they wanting to rectify was to give my 50% off my next order. I said why would I order again from you when you do not stand behind your products to begin with & blaming me for them dying. They made their money & threw me to the side. Good luck if you order from them. They lost me as a future customer!!! Hopefully this helps someone!
