It is not ready for installation yet, so I am not ready for review of the equipment . But I can say , it was a pleasure to speak with the owner when I was ordering the merchandise . Can’t say enough good impression of him , called me few times despite heavy schedule . Delivery also came on time as promised

The toilet/bidet is great. It does everything it's says it does and installation was fairly easy although I did watch a YouTube video by Toto to speed up the process. The real star of the show is the customer service. I spoke with the owner of the company personally and he was gracious enough to answer ever one of my questions. He was a pleasure to do business with and is definitely the person I will buy any additional toilets and/or bidets that I will need in the future. Product score A+... customer service score A++. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.
