They sold me a used Toto bidet seat - gross!

They sold me a used Toto bidet seat - I found the packaging had been opened and there was actually a hair on the seat - GROSS! I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and that when people return items it’s the “warehouses responsibility” to make sure they are re-sellable . In this case, they totally blew it.

Purchased from Premier Bidets. The installation was very easy. Really enjoying the cleaner feeling and much less paper used. A total win!

Great bidet
