After an exhaustive review of all the Toto Neorest models, I chose the LS model for its beautiful sculptural form and solid porcelain surround for easy maintenance without any plastic enclosures. While the other models in this price range might have similar features, the implementation in this LS model have proven near perfect. No issues whatsoever. Study the specs - features all work flawlessly. I recommend hiring a plumbing company that’s familiar with the installation of these Toto bidet toilets. This is not a do-it-yourself installation. You must follow Toto’s directions precisely as my installers did. Out of all the online retailers we contacted, I purchased from Premier Bidets. I highly recommend their knowledgeable customer service and willingness to sell at the absolute best price. Product shipped fast, freight carrier communication was excellent, and delivery driver was courteous placing the unit where I needed it.
