Overall good, legs can ride up
This was so close to perfect for me. I love the feel of the fabric, it's good Goldilocks compression, and overall they're pretty comfortable. I do wish the length of the legs were longer. Mine tend to ride up a lot, which does get frustrating. Perfection for me would be near knee length. I have a feeling if you have thinner legs they probably don't shift as much.

I've been looking, and I found it
I bought so many compression bottoms that I have a graveyard. Between the POTS and spinal injury I need the compression support. The shorts fit well, the thickness prevents almost all bunching and rolling of the top seam. They hand wash and dry well. I only hesitated to purchase because of cost - the disability "tax" and nothing being covered by insurance is a constant issue. I grabbed a medium and large shorts to have some wiggle room for fit. I am 5'9" and 155-160 and the medium fits well with higher compression. The large fits well with lower compression.
I am interested in the pants, but the cost is too prohibitive to buy on a whim. I'm very satisfied with function and salty that my disability costs so much to manage.

They are supportive
So I do like these. They are great for support. I feel like they help my back more than my hips. I don't get overly hot in them but they are quite thick. Compared to the original jelliebend they are way more comfortable especially in the stomach area.
