Fat Tungsten Sustain Block

Was the right item but it looked like it was 20 years old in the package with oxidation all over it. I specifically ordered directly from Floyd Rose thinking I would pay more and get a top quality tremolo tungsten block. Well that wasn't the case. Sad that a legend can't do better...

By far the biggest improvement to the tone of a Floyd rose I’ve done. Currently I have a five guitars that have some type of Floyd rose on them, whether it’s an original or a special I always like to upgrade them in a different way to experiment what different materials like brass, titanium and tungsten has on the bridge. So far in terms of sustain blocks tungsten has blown me away by the amount of sustain and note definition it has. I like to think of it as a hybrid of titanium and brass, where you get the note definition of titanium with the added thickness of brass and added sustain. It sounds incredible in both clean and high gain territory, and can’t recommend this block enough if you have the budget for it. I do wish Floyd rose made more parts out of tungsten like insert blocks, screws, or even a full tungsten Floyd rose, but I also can’t imagine the price tag on it.
