Organic Lustre Duvet Cover Set

I bought the duvet cover and insert, when the cover arrived there was an odd black spot on it. I emailed the customer service and they send me a prepaid label to send the damaged one back and sent out a new one immediately. I now have the new cover and duvet, with really quick turn around. I greatly appreciate that they were so responsive and helpful and the product is wonderful love that I don’t have to fight my duvet anymore!
