My cats love these! And the customer service was great. One of the shipping boxes was damaged in transit, which created a dent in one of the segments. I emailed customer service, and they responded immediately and sent me a full replacement for free (even though only one of three pieces was damaged). Highly recommend.

Hello Whiskerton Staff. My little boy loves his Cat Scratching Lounger, which makes me extremely happy. It is part of his morning ritual (scratching and stretching). Maybe some day you will make a variety of colors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product😻
