I received my coffee mugs in a timely manner. They were well packaged and they look great. They are good quality mugs at a good price. I am very satisfied. Thank you.

Very pleased with my cup, especially since I had to reorder because I made an error with shipping address on initial order, I was offered replacement cup for half price and I quickly took them up on that. Very proud of my service and also pleased with this reminder of that.

Promotion Mug Broken but QUICKLY REPLACED FREE

The mug was broken in shipment, but they QUICKLY sent a free replacement which arrived on time for the promotion. The replacement arrived intact, but was packaged the same. They should bubble wrap shipments to avoid damge.
