Julskinka/Swedish Ham- 2-3 lbs

This mini-ham was perfect for our family of 5. I have purchased the larger Swedish ham a few times, but we end up with too much leftovers. The ham I received weighed 2.9 lbs, and it did not shrink much at all. I baked it (wrapped in foil) until its inner temperature reached 145 degrees, so it did not end up dry after the additional baking (griljering), but you would have to cook the ham a bit longer if you prefer a drier ham.
