Frök & Chop XL

I purchased two pans and a set of knives from Frok. There was an issue with FedEx and the parcel was held by them. Frok representative regularly coordinated with me and resolved the issue and got my parcel delivered. Though it took some time, they still worked it out. No doubt the products are amazing but also the customer service is awesome. Thank you Frok team.
