Bought the medium loom, unfortunately was damaged, but the response was quick and resolved right away by sending me a new loom! I can’t wait to get started!!

Just finished the assembly and thanks to the very helpful videos provided by this company, I completed my first double warp of a loom-so excited to begin this process
