Excellent steam iron

This iron is superb. I have learned to love ironing again. It gets wrinkles out that my Rowenta could not! It’s lighter in weight so we have to get used to that . But it’s also less tiring to iron. I wish the steam button was on the left top side of the hard because it would be easier to hit it with my thumb. I rarely use the sprinkler but I will get used to it . So it’s not a deal breaker. I’m so glad I found this iron .

Poor Customer Service Review

I will not buy from this company again based on their poor customer service. I received my iron quickly, but it had water in the water chamber. I was concerned it was used, even though it looked new. I had to email my concern and got a curt email saying it was due to testing and no info if I wanted to return it.
