Unfortunately, the product does not align with how it was advertised. The hair is not itch-free and has a very high-shine, pin-straight texture that appears synthetic. While the product is marketed using images of a Black/Brown woman, the texture does not resemble or blend with natural or permed Black/Brown hair textures in any realistic way. The straightness is unnatural and inconsistent with the representation shown. This feels misleading, and I’m disappointed given how the product was presented.
