12 oz Oil Cruet

The Good and Not So Good

The Good I ordered a Serpentine 12 oz Oil Cruet on August 8, 2026. It was delivered intact 16 days later in a well-packaged box. The Cruet is very well designed and assembled with an Italian stainless steel pour spout and natural cork stopper. The Cruet is beautiful and obviously made by highly-skilled craftsmen/women. Haand is clearly a small company that "has its act together'. I expect that it will provide years of service to my family in the future. The Not So Good This complaint relates strictly to the shipping process. First of all, the shipping cost was quite high, representing a bit over 25% of the total cost. I acknowledge that part of this cost is shipping from North Carolina to Hawaii, but nevertheless it was a substantial portion of the final cost. Secondly, it took over 16 days to arrive at our doorstep, making it a challenge for someone without the greatest patience.

WOW!!! Great size, feels great to hold and use.

YOU are ALL amazing!!! Even my husband, a minimalist, who has been resisting the idea of a cruet, said “how did we ever do without it!. THANK YOU!!! And your responses and customer service are impeccable. The stopper is a little hard to pull out, which on one hand makes the seal tight, so no oil dribbles. In case it breaks in the future, assume I can get more of these custom hand made one from you?
