3-1 Charger / Not terrible

I like this charging stand. However, the hinge broke after 22 days of purchasing exposing wires and not having a nice clean look to it. It broke under normal use. Wasn’t being rough with it at all. I was surprised honestly because it seems like good quality material. I ordered a new one today but this time I ordered the white one because it was half the price. I would’ve preferred black again though because it matches better where it’s being used. A bit disappointed but I like the product enough to give it another chance.

Some problems, but overall a good experience

It’s too light to stay in place when trying to remove phone, but on the other hand the magnet is quite strong. It takes some getting used to in order to have a smooth operation, but not a deal breaker. They do have excellent customer service and fully resolved my displeasure, in fact, I wish more companies were so polite and responsive.

As descibred and charged the phone quickly!
