Anchor Cotton Beach Dress

It is a cute dress with very lightweight fabric and the ruffles add fun and movement. Wore it to lunch and a gallery event and it was perfect. Kept me cool and it was not too fancy or too boring. Would love to see more variations and new fabrics on this style.

The fabric is great for our hot humid Texas coastal heat. The length is right above my knees which is longer than many of the styles. I wore it to church last Sunday and received several compliments. The pockets are perfect. It does run a little looser in the hips but still looks great.

Wasn't sure If I'd like this dress considering I already bought a similar cotton dress in style and color from here. But when I tried it on, I instantly felt it was a great dress to wear to a dressier occasion. Whether it's a celebration of life or a graduation. I wore a thin white long sweater for a jacket and felt even jewelry would dress it up even more. If you're looking for something that could be that versatile, this is a good choice.
