I have both size S/M and M/L as my measurements are in between the two sizes. The S/M rolled at the top when I tried them on so the company sent me the M/L. In order for these “not to roll”, the majority of the compression is in a small band at the top and bottoms of the shorts. If you have any excess skin or body weight, this makes for an unflattering fit. For reference, I am 5’9” and about 160lbs. I have a high but short waist and these honestly look awful on me. Both sizes roll at my waist and when I wore a pair (size M/L) under a dress to the park with my kids…they rolled on my thighs, too! I had to reach under and adjust them which is exactly what they claim you don’t need to do. And I still was sweating through them as it was in the 80s and sunny. Overall, they’re overpriced glorified panty hose material and definitely don’t work as they claim for every body type. I wish I could get my money back but they’re undergarments so you can’t return. Last time I’m falling for a social media ad!

Best shorts for under dresses I've EVER found!

I've tried many types of under dress shorts and thigh guards for sweaty chafing thighs in the summer time, and this is the best one BY FAR! It feels like I'm not even wearing anything, it's breezy and stays dry, and doesn't fall/roll down or squeeze me.

Stood up to the Texas heat!

As a northern lady, I ordered these for a trip to Texas. They did not disappoint!!! I wore them with a sundress in east Texas 85+ degree heat and humidity and was comfortable. I rarely write a review but I am very impressed and delighted with the cooling shorts. Thanks for a great product!!
