Turtle Cotton Frill Dress

I sent an email, and also sent this dress back including the form with the same message I sent on the email, and haven't heard back. The dress fit perfectly, but the turtles in the fabric are right over my bust - I sent a photo with the email. I would really like another one of these dresses, but with the turtles showing up more randomly. Is this even possible? Thanks - I would appreciate hearing back.

love the light cotton and the prints on this one as well as the ruffle at the bottom. I don't love where the pockets sit, especially if you plan on putting something in the pockets. This dress silouette would be better off without pockets imo.
