A lot more room than my previous business backpack. Lots of pockets. Great design that I don’t see everywhere

Looks awesome. I really don’t like the zip’s on this though. Too ridgid. The top holding strap? I would have preferred it to be part of the back of the bag. In order to pick it up from there you must close the bag and the zippers make it difficult. I would also have chosen a slightly lighter colour inside to see stuff. The luggage strap sometimes gets stuck but i guess that is dependent on the luggage used. Last but not least some accents in orange would have looked great but that is nitpicking. The materials are high quality straps comfortable. Top feature is the side laptop release. Love that!

The backpack was very good quality, durable, and exactly as described. It looked great and felt comfortable. I’m not giving 5 stars because I couldn’t get through by phone, although they replied quickly and helpfully to my email. I only returned it because my husband preferred the leather one.
