I love this product!!! I've tried different frequencies but the sleep ones make this worth every penny that it costs! My Fitbit logs my sleep scores and they have improved significantly! I fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly and longer than I have in a long time! I highly recommend not only ONE, but TWO! I run a lower frequency on one machine and a higher on the other through the night. And I bought headphones to run binaural beats right before bed. This was a phenomenal purchase! just do it! You won't regret it!

I like the device, i tested the. Mid ranges with my phone app and some of the low ends do not quite meassure well but that may be a limitation on my phone. For now i trust it works. I may come back to update if i get around to test the ranges.

I originally purchased the Harmonia only, but then went back to purchase the compatible speaker etc. It is early days yet as I wanted to wait until my second parcel arrived, so, now I use it every night, usually for 30mins with a sleep and injury/inflammation recovery variation. Better sleep is my most obvious take from it and therefore I choose to believe that it is also doing it's job with the inflammation component as well
