I love this Bike. The person who helped me with my purchase, Chris Streight in Portland, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't have made an educated decision without his help.

I've had it a week and really love it. Excellent ride. Quality all around. I liked my old ebike, but this one is so much better. Don't love the little rubber tabs over the charging port and battery power button. I hope I don't have issues with them coming off down the line. Also wish I didn't have to remove the rear tire to attach the rear fender - that was a pain. (No instructions on that) But those are minor and I'm still super happy with it so far.

I like it a lot. It tries to solve a lot of things at once in a hard way. It looks amazing, it’s LIGHT for how strong the e-bike is, they work with local bike shops to make bikes easier to repair, a lot of stuff is either universal or replaceable. So overall this is gonna be my bike I use to move around the city That said there are some minor things, I’ve had issues with. I accidentally clipped the torque sensor wire at the bottom putting the bike together. That’s a me problem, but it was really easy (now the pedal assist has to be fixed at the bike shop). I would’ve appreciated some kind of wire box for all this. The bike seat is standard, but I kinda hate that it is the standard (was easily replaceable which I did with a more comfortable seat). PNW roads are rough sometimes and there’s no shocks. Display isn’t very bright (but it is energy efficient and we’re in summer right now, during the fall, I’m sure it’ll be less of an issue). Bike stand could be sturdier, I already broke it (I flipped over, bad luck), buying a sturdylad to replace it.
