Great customer service

Prefect for my vehicle that is very uneven when the seats are down. I built a little platform over my head rest to save the wear and tear on them (the front post rest perfectly on them but I just felt a platform was more sturdy). I had a little issue with my sleeping mat but the customer service was great to problem solve and resolve the issues. Super happy with the ease of set up and the storage room I have when set up.

Just got to test fit my new kit, and so far I am thrilled. Obviously I haven’t had time to rigorously test it out in the field but quality of the components upfront seems superb. I think the whole concept is ingenious and I wish the team at Hele nothing but the best. Thank you!

I purchased the 40” bed combo. I am very pleased with the quality of the entire package. The bed is very sturdy, the bags very well thought out for storage. Two fit side by side under the bed. They include dividers that Velcro to the bag to customize your packing. Bags unzip to open each site to easily find things. The mattress fits a twin size sheet set, it has a unique hand press bellows to fill, which I find much easier than the bag bellows I received with previous mattress purchases. Once again well thought through, it has a loop on it to hang the bellows for those times you need a bit more aid before bed. I looked at a lot of these beds and I’m very happy with my choice. This will adjust to nearly any vehicle I purchase, it’s not certain model specific. I’m almost 70 years old and I put together and installed by myself, very easy to follow instructions. It arrived very well packaged, arrived in time for a maiden voyage trip we’re going on soon, I can’t wait to sleep in my new bed! Shown installed in a RAV4.
