SO glad that these packets are small and portable I ride a motorcycle and it was really convenient to pack these small packs on the bike. Brickhouse is important enough that I would take it anyway but this was super easy and very easy to take into a restaurant , ask for water and mix it up right at the table. Thanks

Every single flavor is good. I mix mine with cold spring water and drink it down before working out or going out. It seems to boost my energy, so I refrain from drinking it at night before bedtime. Knowing I'm getting the nutrients I need for the day is so gratifying.
