I was really surprised at how well this product works. The first time I used it I took 2 capsules & I was in high gear for about 10 hours. That was a little too much for me so the next time I used the product I only took one. That was perfect for me. I had plenty of energy for at least 8 hours & there was no crash like other products I've used.

If you like caffeine your gonna like this stuff. It's like caffeine with a kick. This is a supplement your going to feel. I only do a half dose due to health issues, but don't expect to sit down if you you do a 1 capsule dose.
