Creatone dissolves in my cold water so fast and completely. I have actually seen a small improvement in my 'behind' before my first jar was done. I do workout 5 days a week, and have for 15+ years, and I'm really pleased so far. Just for info .. I'm 73 yrs I'm flexible don't take Rxs. This is really good.
