Single Ply Leather Weightlifting Belt

This is a fantastic belt. I previously purchased a non-leather belt and it was like lighting money on fire compared to what Strength Co. has provided me. People will enjoy something actually sturdy that you just don’t find outside of leather belts, and this company provides quality leather belts. Many thanks!

Great belt, high quality

Ive been lifting seriously, following the Starting Strength program for a little over a month, with no belt. No big deal at first, but once the weight started to get heavy, i knew i would need some kind of belt for core support. Decided on the 4" single ply in Medium. I immediately noticed the benefits, especially in the bottom of my squat. The belt helps keep my core tight, and i can really bounce out of the whole. My squat, OH press and deadlift all felt more stable than the whole previous month beltless.
