It came in a very sturdy box and works great for at home reformer!

Happy with my reformer!

I was doing lengthy research on which pilates reformer to get. I am glad I decided to choose Faittd. The carriage slides very well and it is comparable to reformers that are more expensive. Setting up was easy. My item was delayed a bit but that's okay since customer service was very responsive. I agree that the carriage could have more cushion and feel like instruction photos could've been clearer but overall, very happy.
