Great Pc came fast and no scratches, easy plug and play runs perfect.

It is a really well built PC that works immediately upon plugging it in. I would recommend it if you don’t want to build.

I had a hiccup and Technoid took it seriously.

My brand new PC arrives and of course I wanted to benchmark test it. As soon as I did, the GPU fans kicked into high gear and the screen goes black. Updated drivers to no avail and that didn’t fix the issue. Contacted customer support and these folks went to work immediately (shout out to Daniel)! After a few troubleshooting attempts, I was sent a replacement graphics card. I installed the new card and it worked flawlessly! This was all sorted out within a week! My 5-stars are mainly for the customer support but needless to say, this PC is an absolute beast! Playing the recently released Oblivion remaster and it’s running at 100fps on ultra settings!
