Outstanding Customer Care and Coffee Maker

Great experience with Bruvi customer care helping me trouble shoot a wireless connection problem with my My Brewer, after 3 years of flawless operation. Once it was determined that the wireless issue could not be fixed , the Bruvi rep decided it was best to replace my old Brewer with a new one at no charge. I already had great experiences with Bruvi's coffee varieties, ease of ordering and revising orders, variety of coffee, the Bruvi Brewer itself which is second to none, recycling options, auto delivery, and fair pricing, but this most recent experience with Bruvi customer care has solidified me being a Bruvi customer for life. Could ask for a better Coffee Brewer or better Coffee brewing company. :) Highly recommend Bruvi!

The Best

I love my Bruvi and I love the coffee. I have tried various flavors and I don't have a bad word to say about any of them. I am particularly partial to the dark roasts. Sometimes dark roast can be bitter but this is not the case with the dark roasts I have tried. You will not be disappointed with this machine or the products. I have to also add that the customer service is excellent! If you have a problem they will work to find a solution. They want you to be satisfied and I am.
