beautiful design for the counter top

We purchased this because the design is 10 times better than that of any Keurig machines. It sits beautifully on our marble countertop and get a lot of compliments from guests!

pretty but pods get stuck

unfortunately pods keep getting stuck after use, even when reservoir is not full. otherwise, this is a nice machine and i love the features like -low acid brewing -iced coffee brewing -water tank filter -filters in coffee pods
