Stew Beef- Full-Blood Wagyu

I've ordered both ground beef and stew meat from this company. Both were so good, I ordered more to fill our freezer. I've had Wagyu from 2 other sources, this is by far the best. Can't beat true Wagyu! Customer service is exceptional. There was an issue with one of my orders. I called the company, without hesitation they corrected the issue. The issue was with the carrier, not the company. They corrected it anyway. This is only the 2nd review I have ever written about a product, but this product & company is outstanding & wanted to share so others can experience the good Wagyu & service!

Deliciously tender

Even though this is wagyu stew meat, it still isnt as tender as say the other parts of the wagyu cattle. It still needs to be slow cooked longer. I made beef over noodles adding the noodles later of course in a crock pot and cooked it for 3-4 hours on low. I also cut the stew meat in smaller 1/2 inch pieces. It was exceptionally tender and delicious.this has been my experience with the stew meat.
