Product delayed. Customer service is terrible. Best tasting syrup I’ve found, and I’ve been exclusively ordering their products for over a year. This is not the first time they have told me the product is backordered and my shipment will be delayed AFTER I had to reach out to them asking whats taking so long. I eill keep ordering hut make sure to restock before starting the last bottle of any flavor I use regularly.
