I really like large pillow support for upper body. The head pillow is way too firm and I get a headache so I do not use it.

Could be 5 Star...

but too early to really tell. I like the multi-adjustability. The leg lift area is nice that it doesn't slide easily. The instructions for use could have been more demonstrable. I've gotten comfort from it so far but think it could be better if I can figure the optimal configuration. Recommended!
